Dandelion Wine Coming To The Screen

Ray Bradbury's book adapted.... For those who've never read it, Dandelion Wine takes place during the summer of 1928 in Green Town, Illinois. There, young Douglas Spalding experiences all the highs and lows of being young and free in small town America. Bradbury will be closely involved with the adaptation, though the actual screenwriter will be Rodion Nahapetov, who has his own connection with the story, having adapted it once before for a short film. As evidenced by the Twitter account of Peccadillo Pictures, which lost upwards of 60,000 discs in the fire, the impact may very well put the independent distributors out of business.
