I could use some help remembering this tornado movie title. (90's ish)?

When I was younger there was a storm movie me and my family use to
enjoy. It came on TV often, and it was one of the few movies I
remember my entire family watching.

The lead role is a young meteorologist/Researcher who for some reason
is looked down upon by her fellow meteorologist/Researcher. And I
think because of a proposal she is sent to a area with an odd weather
pattern to check it out. When she gets there she soon realizes that
the cause of the odd weather is due to a logging company that's
chemicals/actions/by-products are making the climate the perfect
conditions for extremely violent weather. However, no one believes her
with her discovery. When the movie starts to escalate as the storms
start, she meets up with- if I remember correctly- the male romantic
role and they "borrow" a new model of a armored weather research
vehicle. Toward the climax, the woman and the man are driving down a
highway when five tornadoes touch down around them while they record
and broadcast it. They then park and anchor the vehicle and take
refuge under a overpass.

As you can see I remember quite a bit of the movie, but I cant
remember any of the actors, characters, or even the movie's name. I
would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me the title. I've
searched for this movie for days x_x
Guys, if it was Twister (1998), I wouldnt be asking. That movies
everywhere when you yahoo search tornado movies. Sorry. D:
